DVAT Registration Documents Required:

In Case Of Proprietorship:

  • Pan Card of an applicant
  • Aadhar or Voter ID Card
  • Cancelled cheques
  • Registered office address proof (in case of rented office NOC from the landlord is compulsory)
  • Current utility bills (no objection certificate along with NOC in case of rented property and when bills are not of your name)
  • Photocopy of purchase/sale bill of goods sold
  • List of goods to be dealt in along with the ones that required packing
  • 5 passport size photos of applicants
  • Prop. Rubber Stamp

In Case Of LLP/Company/Partnership:

  • Pan of company firm
  • Company MOA/firm deed
  • Boards Resolution authorizing the director to apply for Sales Tax Registration
  • PAN Card details and Address proof of all the directors or partners
  • Bank cancelled cheque
  • Registered office address to prove the actual presence
  • In case of rented property (NOC from landlord along with rent agreement)
  • Any current utility bills (and if the bill is not on your name NOC)
  • Purchase and sale bills of good purchased
  • List of all the product your company dealt in and packing requirements if any
  • 4 photographs of all the directors/partners of a firm
  • Rubber stamp of the company
